TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
In conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules 5.6.1R the Company hereby notifies the market that as at 31 March 2026:
· | the issued share capital of the Company consisted of 224,610,034 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"); |
· | the Company held 4,524,099 Ordinary Shares in Treasury; and |
· | the total number of voting rights in the Company was therefore 220,085,935. |
The above figure, 220,085,935, may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
