International Personal Finance plc today announces that it has published its drawdown prospectus dated 24 June 2026 (the "Prospectus") relating to the listing of (i) SEK 1,000,000,000 Senior Unsecured Floating Rate Notes due 2028 issued on 10 November 2025 ("Tranche 1") and (ii) SEK 950,000,000 Senior Unsecured Floating Rate Notes due 2028 issued on 8 May 2026 ("Tranche 2"), whereby Tranche 1 and Tranche 2 are to be consolidated and form a single series.
