MEMPHIS, Tenn. - On 28 February 2025, International Paper Company (the "Company") filed a Current Report on Form 8-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission announcing (i) the promotion of Timothy S. Nicholls to the newly created role of Executive Vice President and President of DS Smith, an International Paper company, leading our business in Europe, Middle East and Africa and (ii) the appointment of Lance T. Loeffler as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. The promotion and appointment are effective as of April 1, 2025.
