iomart (AIM:IOM), the cloud computing company, can confirm that further to recent press speculation it is one of a number of parties in early stage discussions regarding the potential acquisition of the German managed hosting company PlusServer GmbH. There can be no certainty that these discussions will lead to an agreed transaction.
The Company will further update the market in due course.
