Iomart Group PLC01 February 2005 IOMART GROUP PLC Agreement with BT for NetIntelligence distribution iomart Group plc ("iomart") is pleased to announce it has signed an agreementwith BT plc for the provision of iomarts NetIntelligence software. The agreementwill give BT Wholesale sales rights to the product in the United Kingdombroadband market. BT Wholesale plans to offer NetIntelligence to its broadband Internet ServiceProvider ("ISP") customer base, which includes virtually every ISP in the UK. NetIntelligence Home Edition offers security and parental control for up tothree computers in a broadband-connected home. It provides full anti-virusprotection, blocks inappropriate web sites, monitors and records InstantMessenger and chat, and gives a full view of all users activity in easy tounderstand reports. The product has been specifically designed for non technicalfamilies. NetIntelligence, which can be fully customised and branded by the ISP, will bemarketed as a value add service or bundled to complement existing internet andbroadband portfolios.
