Dividend Declaration
In its announcement of final results for the year ended 31 March 2020, released today, iomart proposed a final dividend of 3.93p per share (resulting in total dividend for year of 6.53p per share). iomart advises that, if approved, the final dividend will be paid on 4 September 2020 to shareholders on the register at close on 14 August 2020.
