Director's Shareholding
iomart (AIM:IOM), the cloud computing company, has been notified by Reece Donovan, Chief Executive Officer, that on 14 May 2021 he purchased 7,500 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 266.0 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Reece Donovan's beneficial interest in the Company is 10,750 Ordinary Shares representing 0.010% of the total voting rights in the Company.
