Block Listing Application

iomart (AIM:IOM), the secure cloud services company, announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") for the block listing of 2,700,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each for the Performance Share Plan and 600,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each for the Sharesave Plan (together "Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM. 

These Ordinary Shares are being reserved under an extension to an existing block listing and will be issued on exercise of share options granted under the Performance Share Plan and Sharesave Plan.

It is expected that admission of these Ordinary Shares will become effective on 29 August 2024. These Ordinary Shares will rank, pari passu, with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue and will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the exercise of options under the Performance Share Plan and Sharesave Plan respectively.
