Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights

Iofina (AIM: IOF) announces that application has been made for 100,000 new ordinary shares of £0.01 each to be admitted to trading on AIM pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Share Option Plan by an employee of the Company (the "Option Exercise"). The options have an exercise price per share of £0.34.

The 100,000 new ordinary shares issued pursuant to the Option Exercise will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares and admission to trading on AIM is expected to take place on 20 October 2014.

Total Voting Rights

Following the Option Exercise, the issued share capital of the Company will consist of 127,414,398 ordinary shares of £0.01 each, with one voting right each. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Accordingly, the total voting rights in the Company is 127,414,398. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
