Iofina plc, manufacturers of specialty chemical products and specialists in the exploration and production of iodine, today announces that its 2023 Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will take place on 14 June 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of Canaccord Genuity, 88 Wood Street, London EC2V 7QR. The Notice of AGM is being posted to shareholders and a copy of the Notice will be made available on the Company's website.
