Iofina plc (AIM: IOF) announces that it received notification on 10 March 2022 that Lance J Baller, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 17.50 pence per share. Further details are set out in the Notification of Dealing Form below.
Following the purchase, Mr. Baller holds 5,325,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 2.775 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. The shares purchased represent 0.025 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
