IntelliAM AI plc (AQSE: INT), the software company leveraging the power of AI and machine learning in the manufacturing industry, announces that on 23 May 2025 a person closely associated ("PCA") with Tom Clayton, the Company's CEO, bought 10,962 ordinary shares of £0.005 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 82p per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Tom Clayton has a direct interest in 4,753,232 Ordinary Shares representing 24.83% of the issued share capital of the Company and an indirect interest in 21,902 Ordinary Shares held by a PCA, representing 0.11% of the issued share capital of the Company.
