Inspace Plc23 October 2006 Inspace plc ("Inspace" or "the Company") Holding in Company Further to the announcement on the 1 September 2006, Inspace plc (AIM: INSP),one of the UK's leading specialist service providers to the social housingmarket, was informed on 18 October 2006 that Willmott Dixon Limited hasdistributed in specie 9,550,334 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company("Ordinary Shares") as well as the distribution of a further 123,687 OrdinaryShares through a share scheme to the shareholders of Willmott Dixon Limited.This exercise was completed on the 16 October 2006. Willmott Dixon Limited nowholds 8,342,109 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 10.3 per cent. of theissued share capital of the Company.
