Appointment of Strategic and Asset Allocation Adviser

Insig AI plc (AIM:INSG), a provider of AI-led analytics and machine learning solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of PJPG Consulting Limited ("PJPG") as Strategic and Asset Allocation Adviser. PJPG's controlling shareholder is Peter Pereira-Gray. 

Peter has over 35 years of experience in a wide range of global investment markets. He retired as Chief Executive of Wellcome Trust's Investment Division in September 2022, having worked closely with a team recognised to have delivered outstanding long-term investment returns to the Trust.

He currently serves on the Investment Committee of Trinity College Cambridge.

The Company has granted to Peter Pereira-Gray, share options over 1,200,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 27p per Ordinary Share (together, the "Options"). The exercise price of 27p per Ordinary Share represents the closing share price on 2 July 2025. The Options will vest at the rate of 100,000 options over Ordinary Shares per quarter over the next three years, commencing on 2 October 2025.
