Director Declaration

In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14, International Public Partnerships Limited ('the Company', 'INPP'), the listed infrastructure investment company, has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by a member of the Board.

John Le Poidevin was appointed as a non-executive director of Twentyfour Income Fund Limited on 9 July 2021. Twentyfour Income Fund Limited was admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 6 March 2013.
