In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14, INPP advises that it has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by a member of the Board.
John Le Poidevin was appointed as a non-executive director of BH Macro Limited, his appointment will take effect from 24 June 2016. BH Macro Limited was admitted to trading on the Official List of the UKLA and trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 14 March 2007.
