In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14, International Public Partnerships Limited ('the Company', 'INPP'), the listed infrastructure investment company, has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by a member of the Board.
Meriel Lenfestey was appointed as a non-executive director of Boku, Inc. on 22 September 2022. Boku, Inc. was admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange on 20 November 2017.
