Director Declaration

In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14, International Public Partnerships Limited ('the Company', 'INPP'), the FTSE 250 listed infrastructure investment company, has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by a member of the Board.

Julia Bond was appointed as a non-executive director of Impax Asset Management Group Plc ("Impax") on 29 November 2023. Impax is a quoted company listed on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange.
