DIRECTOR DECLARATION

In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14, INPP advises that it has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by a member of the Board.

Claire Whittet has been appointed as a non-executive director of Eurocastle Investment Limited with effect from 29 January 2016. Eurocastle Investment Limited was admitted to trading on Euronext Amsterdam on 15 December 2005.
