ALLOTMENT OF SCRIP DIVIDEND SHARES
The Board of International Public Partnerships Limited ('INPP' or the 'Company') wish to confirm the following in respect of the scrip dividend:
Dividend period: | 1 July 2010 - 31 December 2010 |
Dividend amount per share: | 2.85 pence |
Scrip dividend price per share: | 110.74 pence |
Payment date/Allotment of scrip: | 6 May 2011 |
Number of new shares issued: | 3,244,167 |
Total number of INPP shares on issue at 6 May 2011: | 484,284,470 |
The Board today reconfirms the guidance of 5.85 pence per share for the 2011 full year distribution. The first half of this distribution, which is targeted to be 2.925 pence per share, is expected to be paid in October 2011. The second half is expected to be paid in May 2012.
