International Public Partnerships Limited ("INPP" or the "Company") clarifies that in its announcement dated 19 October 2015, the reference in the final paragraph of the Highlights section to the "Record Date" refers to the "record date for the Company's second half dividend", which is expected to be declared in March 2016.
