To receive and adopt the audited accounts, the Directors' report, andthe Auditors' report for the period ended 31 December 2006. 2. To approve the Directors' remuneration for the period ended the 31December 2006 and for the period ended 31 December 2007. 3. To re-appoint Keith Dorrian as Director of the Company, retiring inaccordance with the Company's Articles of Association. 4. To re-appoint Rupert Dorey as Director of the Company, retiring inaccordance with the Company's Articles of Association. 5. To re-appoint Giles Frost as Director of the Company, retiring inaccordance with the Company's Articles of Association. 6. To re-appoint Carol Goodwin as Director of the Company, retiring inaccordance with the Company's Articles of Association. 7. To declare a nil dividend for the period ended 31 December 2006, inaccordance with the statements made in the Company's prospectus and theDirectors' recommendation. 8. To re-appoint Deloitte & Touche LLP, who have indicated theirwillingness to continue in office, as Auditors of the Company to hold officeuntil the next Annual General Meeting. 9.
