Directors Dealing

The Company was informed on 6th May that on 5th May Vancor Limited, a company beneficially owned by Bruce Vandenberg, purchased 2,302,517 ordinary shares from NobleRock Capital s.ar.l at a price of GBP 0.0150 per share.

In addition, the Company was informed on 6th May that on 5th May Bruce Vandenberg purchased 700,000 ordinary shares at a price of GBP 0.021429 per share from the market.

Following this, Bruce Vandenberg, or companies of which he is the beneficial owner, now hold a total of 3,002,517 ordinary shares, representing 2.71% of the Company's issued share capital.

As a result of this transaction, NobleRock Capital s.ar.l now holds 43,747,822 ordinary shares, representing 39.6% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company was also informed on 6th May that on 5th May Roberto Avondo purchased 700,000 ordinary shares at a price of GBP 0.021429 per share. Following this, Roberto Avondo now holds a total of 700,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.63% of the Company's issued share capital.
