Post stabilisation notice

Infinis Energy plc confirms that Barclays Capital Securities Limited (Contact: Ben West; telephone: +44 (0)20 7773 9531) gives notice that in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2273/2003 implementing the Market Abuse Directive (2003/6/EC) and MAR 2.3.5(3) of the Financial Conduct Authority's Code of Market Conduct and in its capacity as Stabilisation Manager it has engaged in stabilisation transactions in respect of the following securities during the stabilisation period. No further stabilisation trades have or will take place.

Accordingly, Barclays Capital Securities Limited, as Stabilising Manager, exercised the Over-allotment Option (as described in the Infinis Energy plc prospectus (the "Prospectus")) in respect of 1,502,508 Ordinary Shares in Infinis Energy plc on 13 December 2013, which resulted in the total shareholding in Infinis Energy plc of Monterey Capital II S.à r.l. being reduced from 207,170,248 Ordinary Shares to 205,667,740 Ordinary Shares, or by 0.501 per cent.
