In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, the Company confirms that, as at the close of business on 23 February 2018, it had 394,096,257 ordinary shares of 11 1/4 pence each in issue and admitted to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc. The International Securities Identification Number for the ordinary shares is JE00BD9WR069.
