CANCELLATION OF LISTING OF UBM PLC
Cancellation of the ordinary shares of 11.25 pence each in the capital of UBM plc from listing on the premium segment of the UKLA's Official List and from trading on the market for listed securities maintained by the London Stock Exchange took place at 8.00 a.m. today (London time).
