Indivior PLC - Board Committee Changes

Slough, UK and Richmond, VA, July 28, 2022 - Indivior PLC announces that Barbara Ryan has been appointed a member of the Audit and the Science & Policy Committees with effect from July 27, 2022. Peter Bains stepped down as a member of the Audit Committee and has been appointed a member of the Remuneration Committee also with effect from July 27, 2022.
