Annual General Meeting

Indus Gas Limited (AIM: INDI.L), an oil and gas exploration and development company with assets in India, is pleased to advise that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held on 26 October 2010 at 11.00 am at Old Government House Hotel, St Ann's Place, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2NU.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ending 31 March 2010 and Notice of Meeting have now been dispatched to all shareholders. An electronic copy of the report is also available on the Investor Relations section of the Company's website at www.indusgas.com
