Holdings in the Company
On 8 July 2020, the Company was informed by Wickwood Development Limited ("Wickwood") and Rolland Enterprises Limited ("Rolland") that these entities acquired 10,753,929 ordinary shares of 1 pence ("Ordinary Shares") each on 3 March 2020.
As a result of this transaction, Wickwood holds 5,450,100 Ordinary Shares and Rolland holds 5,378,929 Ordinary Shares. Both of these companies are under the ultimate control of Anil Aggarwal, who therefore has a holding of 5.92 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
