Director Shareholding
IndigoVision Group plc announces, further to his recent acquisitions, that it has been notified that Max Thowless-Reeves, Chairman, has purchased an additional 30,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of £1.362 per Ordinary Share.
Following the transaction, Max Thowless-Reeves' total shareholding in the capital of the Company is 127,383 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.70 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company.
