In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Inchcape plc announces that as at the date of this announcement its issued share capital is 401,891,437 ordinary shares of 10p each. All of the shares carry voting rights of one vote per share. Inchcape plc does not hold any shares in treasury.
