In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, Inchcape plc announces that Till Vestring, Non-Executive Director, stepped down from the Board following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on 19 May 2022.
Alex Jensen, Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as a member to the Company's Remuneration Committee with effect from 19 May 2022. Alex remains Chair of the CSR Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee.
