EBT Purchase

The Company was notified on 30 April 2010 by the trustees of Louvre Trust (Guernsey) Limited, the trustees of the Company's Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"), that, on 28 April 2010, the EBT purchased 350,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 15 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, the EBT holds 3,921,473 Ordinary Shares representing 13.7 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares.
