Further re: Conversion of Loan Notes and Issue of Equity 

The Company announced on 16 April 2015 that application was to be made for the admission of 25,000,000 new ordinary shares arising from a request to convert loans to shares, and that admission to trading on AIM ("Admission") was expected to occur on or around 22 April 2015.

The Company's shares were suspended from trading on AIM under AIM Rule 1 on 17 April 2015 following the resignation of the Company's nominated adviser.

Admission has not occurred to date. If and when Admission takes place, shareholders will be notified in the usual way.
