Immupharma PLC13 August 2007 For Immediate Release 13 August 2007 ImmuPharma PLC Directors' Dealing ImmuPharma PLC (LSE:IMM), ("ImmuPharma" or the "Company"), received notificationof a private placement of existing shares to institutions and private investors,including Quest Management, Morley, Odey Asset Management, Cheviot and Celeste.The shares were placed to satisfy demand and increase liquidity, from theholdings of two of the founding Directors. The placement was handled by Cornhill Asset Management Limited. The directorsalso each granted Cornhill Asset Management Limited an option to purchase up toa total of 200,000 additional shares at £1.00.
