ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING: 29 MAY 2015
ImmuPharma PLC (LSE:IMM), ("ImmuPharma" or the "Company"), the specialist drug discovery and development company confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 will be posted to shareholders today.
The Annual Report will be available later today, in electronic form, for download on the Company's website www.immupharma.org.
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday 29 May 2015 at 11:00am at the offices of Bircham Dyson Bell LLP, 50 Broadway, London, SW1H 0BL.
