Share Incentive Plan
The Company announces that on 17 December 2014, a total of 733,972 Ordinary shares of 10 pence were issued to employees under the Imagination Technologies Group plc Share Incentive Plan ("SIP).
An application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for the 733,972 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each to be admitted to The Official List and to trade on The London Stock Exchange. These shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company. It is expected that admission of the shares will take place on 22 December 2014.
Following the admission of these shares, the total number of Ordinary shares admitted to trading will be 270,394,766. None of these ordinary shares are held in Treasury.
The above figure of 270,394,766 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
