In compliance with UKLR 6.4.9R of the Financial Conduct Authority Listing Rules, Imperial Brands PLC (the "Company") announces that Stefan Bomhard, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, is to be appointed as a non-executive director of Flutter Entertainment plc, a global online sports betting and iGaming company, with effect from 1 October 2025.

There have been no other relevant changes to the information set out in UKLR 6.4.8R (2) to UKLR 6.4.8R (6).
