Further to the announcement made by the Company yesterday, regarding the proposed acquisition by the Company of its investment adviser ("BAMA"), the Company announces that the circular convening the extraordinary general meeting to approve the acquisition of BAMA and to approve a revision to the investment advisory agreement between BAMA and Infrastructure India HoldCo, has been submitted to the Financial Services Authority and will soon be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
