As a result of the exercise of Options pursuant to the terms of the Company'sShare Option Scheme, the Company has today allotted to an employee from whom anapplication to exercise options had been received, a total of 4,428 ordinaryshares of 10 pence each at 112.90 pence per share.Following the issue of shares today, the number of shares in issue hasincreased from 15,458,331 to 15,462,759.
