Announcement of price changes for the Transact platform

IntegraFin Holdings plc highlights the price changes announced today by Transact - the market leading platform providing services to UK clients and their financial advisers.
Alex Scott, IHP CEO, said:
This price change is part of the strategy we are implementing to share the benefits of our scale with our clients, and to continue to increase our funds under direction.
There is limited additional impact on revenue in financial year 2022 (with the price change announced in February 2021 already coming through for the full financial year 2022), and then a full year impact in financial year 2023 which we expect to be partially offset by growth in flows.
Jonathan Gunby, IFAL (Transact) CEO, said:
We are pleased to be reducing our charges again, in a measured way, to balance our desire to share the benefits of our scale economies while investing in our service delivery for advisers and clients. More than 167,000 clients will see lower charges and those portfolios valued between £200k and £300k will enjoy both reductions.
· Buy Commission exemption threshold reduces from £300k to £200k on 1 March 2022.
· Annual Commission charge reduces from 0.27% to 0.26% (for the respective charging bands) on 1 July 2022.
