Audit and Risk Committee Composition
IntegraFin Holdings plc announces that with effect from today's date, Neil Holden is stepping down as chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and Caroline Banszky, who has been a non-executive director since 22 August 2018, is assuming the role of chair of the committee. Neil continues to be a member of the committee.
Additionally, Chris Munro, in keeping with recommendations of the UK Corporate Governance Code 2018, is today stepping down as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee while he continues to be Interim Chair of the Board. He will be an attendee at future meetings of the committee.
There is no other information to be disclosed under Listing rule 9.6.11(3).
