IG Design Group plc announces that on 29 September 2017, Mr Lance Burn, an Executive Director, informed the Company that he sold 67,500 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 345.5 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result, Lance Burn will have the following interests in the Company's Ordinary Shares, including adjustments in respect of accumulated dividends over the period:
