Share Award
On 11 February 2020, a free unit award equivalent to 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Free Units") was granted and agreed with Rob Chandhok. The Free Units will vest subject to the price of an Ordinary Share reaching 81p, calculated as an average over a period of 30 consecutive trading days ending 12 June 2022, being three years from the date Rob was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Intercede.
The award was made under the existing Intercede MyID Inc. Unit Incentive Plan, further details of which are set out in note 17 of the Intercede Group plc 2019 Annual Report & Accounts.
