Update on Major New Contract Win

Further to the major new contract win announced on 5 December 2023, Intercede, the leading specialist in digital identity, credential management and secure mobility, is pleased to announce that the Group has been awarded a professional services order to help deploy MyID Credential Management Solution (CMS) to the same large US Federal Agency.

This additional order, with an aggregate value in excess of $0.8 million, underpins the Group's upgraded FY24 and FY25 forecasts.
