Director/PDMR Shareholding
Intercede, a cybersecurity software company specialising in digital identities, was notified on 11 January 2023 that Royston Hoggarth, Chairman of the Group, purchased a total of 31,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 55.56 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Mr Hoggarth has an increased shareholding of 325,214 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.56% of the Company's issued share capital.
