Intercede Group plc announces that it has issued 1,017,100 ordinary shares of 1p each to Credo Corporate Finance who have exercised the warrants which were granted to them in connection with the July 2003 placing at a price of 7.8p per ordinary share. 

Application will be made to London Stock Exchange plc for these new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in issue and it is expected that trading will become effective on 19 May 2008.
