IG Group Holdings plc ("IG Group") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. Such purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by IG Group on 1 August 2023, as announced on 2 August 2023:

IG intends to cancel the purchased shares. Following the purchase of these shares, the remaining number of ordinary shares in issue will be 404,914,112.
Since 2 August 2023, the Company has purchased 195,923 shares at a cost of £1,340,720.68 (excluding fees and taxes).
