IG GROUP HOLDINGS PLC TRANSACTIONS IN OWN SECURITIES

IG Group Holdings plc ("IG Group") announces that from 8 June 2026 to 12 June 2026, it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. Such purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by IG Group on 1 April 2026, as announced on 1 April 2026:

IG Group intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury. Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 30,541,380 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 331,016,488 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
Since 1 April 2026, IG Group has purchased 1,214,001 shares at a cost of £18,983,431.12 (excluding fees and taxes).
