Image Scan Holdings PLC14 November 2007 14 November 2007 Image Scan Holdings plc ("Image Scan" or "the Company") BOARD CHANGES The Board of Image Scan, a leader in the field of real-time 3D and 2D x-rayimaging for the 'Homeland Security' and 'Industrial Inspection' markets, todayannounces two changes to the Company's Board. The Company has appointed Jerry Horwood to the board as a Non-ExecutiveDirector. Following a successful marketing career within the automotiveindustry, Mr Horwood built up his own internet publishing company, 2nd Byte Ltd,which was sold to the Guardian Media Group in 2006. Mr Horwood will be applyinghis experience of marketing innovative businesses to developing further thesales and marketing strategy and identifying appropriate market needs to whichthe Company's technology can be applied. Mr Horwood holds 750,000 shares in the Company which he was allotted at a priceof 8p per share on 9th November 2007 and he has been awarded options over afurther 750,000 shares with an exercise price of 10p and a 3 year vestingperiod. Simon Godber, the Technical Director, has resigned from the Board with immediateeffect, but will work as an employee until 30th November, and will continue toadvise Image Scan as a consultant going forward. Future development of theCompany's technology will be the responsibility of Image Scan's ChiefTechnologist. Mr Horwood is currently a director of 10ACTLtd. and has been a director in the last 5 years of Faxpress Limited, 2nd ByteLimited, Enovate Limited and Autonet Media Limited. Mr Horwood was Marketing Director (and the largest creditor) of Tome AssociatesLtd., an online search systems developer, which was placed into voluntaryliquidation in 1991. There were no external creditors.
